Tootsville::Cluster-Name

Function

Cluster-Name names a function, with lambda list (&OPTIONAL PREFIX):

Get the name of the active cluster.

Currently one of:

• test.tootsville.org
• qa.tootsville.org
• tootsville.org

The local hostname is used in development (loopback) mode.
